Mooney Mountain Guides LLC is a New Hampshire based year round mountain guide service, specializing in guiding, small groups and personal instruction. Offered are enjoyable private climbs, lessons and courses for all ages and abilities. In addition to guided rock & ice climbs, we offer ski mountaineering tours, and expeditions worldwide.

We are conveniently located in central New Hampshire, 2 hours north of Boston off route 93. Our location, just minutes from Rumney and Franconia Notch provides access to a variety of excellent rock climbs, ice climbs, mountaineering routes and ski tours in the White Mountains.

• Mt Washington Observatory Overnight Spend a warm night in the observatory on the summit of New Hampshire's highest peak. Feb 6-7 March 20-21
• Lake Willoughby Ice Climbing Trip Join us for two guided ice climbing days at the Lake. Fun climbing on steep ice in a spectacular setting! Arranged on a custom basis.
• Mt Washington and Crawford Notch Climbs Beginner mountaineering lessons. Learn and practice mountaineering techniques, crampon skills, self arrest, and glacier travel skills in NH. December - March
